Our annual Hammond House Publishing Literary Festival will take place on

Wednesday 21st February 2024 –at the University Centre Grimsby.

The FREE event runs from 10am to 4pm.


As well as an awards ceremony for winners and shortlisted entries of the Hammond House Publishing 2023 International Literary Prize, the festival will include live music, poetry readings, a book fair, festival stands and the official launch of the 2024 International Literary Prize.

CREATE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE SUPPORT HAMMOND HOUSE LITERARY FESTIVAL

We are delighted to announce that North East Lincolnshire Council are supporting the 2024 Hammond House Publishing International Literary Festival

Dean Evison, Create North East Lincolnshire Programme Support Officer at NELC said: 'Create North East Lincolnshire, supported using public funding by Arts Council England, are delighted to support the Hammond House Publishing International Literary Festival 2024.  The Festival has gone from strength to strength over several years, showcasing a range of creative talent and has national and international reach.  Talented creatives are able to perform and celebrate their work at the Festival and are recognised via the prestigious awards ceremony.'

Ted Stanley, CEO of Hammond House Publishing said: 'We are delighted to receive this extra funding enabling us to organise a successful festival and support the participation of more local creatives. We are looking forward to working with the Create North East Lincolnshire team on this prestigious local event.'

The Festival will take place on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at the University Centre Grimsby. The FREE event runs from 10am to 4pm.

As well as an awards ceremony for winners and shortlisted entries of the Hammond House Publishing 2023 International Literary Prize, the festival will include live music from brilliant local folk duo Pen and Stu, poetry readings, a book fair, festival stands and the official launch of the 2024 International Literary Prize.
